Hello,

I'm looking to get some information on property investment in Las Vegas. The properties will be for rentals.

I was wondering if you can send me some more information about the better locations in Vegas , how is the rental market right now, do you recommend a condo or a home etc? A PDF brochure or a web site with the information will be just fine.

I'm looking for either a condo with 2br/2bth or house 3br/2bth. I would like to get it in foreclosure since prices are much better. My relative who already owns 2 properties in Vegas is telling me about condo in the 30-40k range in relatively good locations? Is this information correct?

Do you have some properties that match this criteria? Can you email me the information? currently I have several properties in AZ and I'm looking to possibly get some in Vegas.

Can you also give me information about your fees for property management?
